Shipping & Returns
Once your order is placed, it will take 7-10 business days to process your order regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as First Class or Priority Shipping. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days for order to be delivered depending on the shipping method you chose during checkout. We ask that you do not reach out regarding your order’s delivery status until the 10 business days have elapsed. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postal services are still experiencing delays in shipping times.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If your package has been marked as DELIVERED, but you have not received your product, you must contact USPS and file a claim with them.
THE FRAGRANCE BAR LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email that includes your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order’s shipping status. If there’s a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS
International Addresses: Unfortunately we can not ship internationally at this time.
Order Cancellations and Adjustments: We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have any questions about your order please contact us.
The Fragrance Bar accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date if you’re not pleased with the scent ordered. Items should be 90% intact, and returned with the original packaging and receipt. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.Please Note: to begin your return, have your email and order number ready before heading over to our Return Portal. Click here to start your return
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return their items. The Fragrance Bar is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your order.
The fastest way to ensure you get the fragrance product you’d like in exchange is to return your original order. Once the return has been accepted and processed, we suggest you make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do understand that damages may occur during transit, so if your order is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the injured product(s) and we will work with you to replace said item.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. Returns will be issued to the payment method used in the original purchase order. Returns back to original payments may take 5 to 10 business days.

ARE THESE REAL BRAND FRAGRANCES?
We create oil blends inspired by designer brand fragrances in order to bring affordable alternatives to our customer’s favorite high-end perfumes. The products mentioned throughout our site are a mere guide and we are in no way affiliated with the mentioned brands.
ARE WE VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?
We care both about your health and the health of the environment. Our formulas are not tested on furry friends - ever. We also firmly believe in offering products that contain no animal-derived ingredients.
HOW LONG WILL THE FRAGRANCE ROLLIE LAST?
This depends mostly on your usage habits. On average, our 10 mL roller bottle will last about one month when applied daily. But we don’t judge if you’re tempted to apply more than once a day!
ARE THESE FRAGRANCES OKAY FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Many people have negative reactions to unnecessary additives and stabilizers, which is why we specifically use oil-based formulas that are alcohol free and have proven to be unproblematic.
DOES FRAGRANCE GO BAD?
From a health perspective, fragrance oils will never go bad. When stored in a dry, cool place, your fragrance oil will last 2 years before maturing, at which point you might want to replace your roller bottle.
WHERE SHOULD I APPLY MY FRAGRANCE OIL?
We recommend applying your fragrance oil on pulse points and warm areas (inside of wrists, neck, chest area, calves, etc.). For more tips and tricks on application methods, visit our Blog page.
