Having second thoughts on your Fragrance Bar order?

There’s no need to babe! We go above and beyond to inspect each item and ensure top quality before shipping to our fragrance friends. But if you are, in fact, dissatisfied with your scent purchase, we’re here to help!


  • Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Items must be 90% intact, in original packaging, and with receipt
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
  • To initiate return, please email us at with registered email address and order number.
  • Customer/s is/are responsible for return shipping costs
  • The Fragrance Bar not liable for lost or stolen return packages
  • Keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number
  • Email for return label request


  • Customers can initiate exchanges within 7 days of item delivery
  • To request an exchange, email with registered email and order number
  • Upon approval, a store credit in the form of a non-transferable cash coupon will be issued
  • The coupon value equals the total order amount (excluding shipping)
  • Customer/s is/are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use the coupon during the placement of a new exchange order with the registered email only
  • Coupon cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash/refund
  • Coupon validity is 6 months from the date of issuance
  • Items for exchange should be 90% intact with original packaging and labels

  • Provide your order number along with a photo of the damaged product(s)
  • We will collaborate with you to replace the damaged item.


  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, provided as a discount coupon.


  • We can accept order cancellation requests within 4 days of the order placement.
  • Once the label is printed and fulfillment has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • For cancelled orders, customers can receive full store credit, including shipping costs.
  • The store credit will be provided in the form of a discount coupon.


  • Refunds issued as store credit in the form of a discount coupon.
  • Customer responsible for shipping charges for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
