There’s no need to babe! We go above and beyond to inspect each item and ensure top quality before shipping to our fragrance friends. But if you are, in fact, dissatisfied with your scent purchase, we’re here to help!
The Fragrance Bar accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date if you’re not pleased with the scent ordered. Items should be 90% intact, and returned with the original packaging and receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return their items. The Fragrance Bar is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your order.
The fastest way to ensure you get the fragrance product you’d like in exchange is to return your original order. Once the return has been accepted and processed, we suggest you make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do understand that damages may occur during transit, so if your order is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the injured product(s) and we will work with you to replace said item.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. Returns will be issued to the payment method used in the original purchase order. Returns back to original payments may take 5 to 10 business days.
