I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

1. I have read the return and shipping policy below.
2. Any incorrect address will result in the cancellation/refund of the entire order and it will need to be placed again.
3. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
4. I confirm that I have ordered the correct scent and quantity.
5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
6. I confirm that my shipping, phone number andemail address is correct.
7. I understand any loss is the responsibility of USPS and any complaints should be directed to USPS.
8. I understand that The Fragrance Bar is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.
9. If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you mustcontact USPS and file a claim with them. The Fragrance Bar is not responsible.
10. I understand the shipping method I chose. Business days do not include weekends or holidays

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class or Priority Shipping.

Return Policy

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. (This is an item that’s applied to skin)

* NO EXCEPTIONS.

* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Where is my confirmation email?

If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder, or text messages. most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order, however sometimes you may experience a slight delay. in this case, please allow up to 12 hours for your confirmation email to come through.

Where is my order?

If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soonplease allow the timeframe you chose before contacting. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday you order might experience slight delays, dependent on the postal services/couriers.
